Man charged in relation to Jason Doogue's murder

The 22-year-old was shot dead last week.

GARDAÍ HAVE CHARGED a man in connection with the fatal shooting of Jason Doogue.

The 22-year-old was shot dead last Friday in the Greenhills area of Athy, Co Kildare.

It is understood multiple shots were fired at close range by a hooded gunman on a push bike.

The man (aged in his 40s) is appearing before a special sitting of Naas District Court tonight.
