THE TREE FEATURED on the artwork of U2′s Joshua Tree album has been vandalised.
A fan on the AtU2 forum said that they had visited the tree over the weekend, but found that a limb had been hacked off the tree.

The tree had fallen down in 2000 due to a nearby stream uprooting it. However, the area remains something of a pilgrimage site for fans:
The news that the tree, based in the Mojave Desert, had been vandalised got a lot of fans angry.
This pisses me off so much I want to drive out there and guard the bloody tree with a shotgun.Next time I’m out there, I will definitely be doing some cleanup and maintenance.RESPECT THE DAMN SITE!!!!!

It says in the article that he returned a negative result on the 16th when “he first SUSPECTED of being infected”. He also said in the Australian media today that he was asymptomatic. Don’t most people “suspect” being infected because they have symptoms?!He either has a 6th sense about these things, or he’s telling porkies. Of course though, his fans already think he’s some kind of a god, so they will easily swallow the 6th sense line.
Another thing is all customs declarations need to be filled out personally, not by some “aid”. And when you sign the declaration, you are declaring on a legal document that “you” and no one else, has filled it in, and that all information on it is true.
He’s now come out and admitted that he lied on a legal document. Enough to be deported methinks

The only reason he even spoke up about this is because the Serbian Prime minister came out and said that he has a case to answer for if he broke the rules over there regarding isolation after testing positive. Looks like his own prime minister even has her reservations about him.

No one even knew for sure until the transcript of the border conversation was made public. And it was wrong to have been made public.
All that being said, the errors that were made, by his own acceptance, are ground enough to hold no resentment against Australia if decides to ask him to leave.
@Colin Conlan: what do you mean it was wrong for it to have been made public?! The only reason it was made public was because his own lawyers used it as evidence in court, therefore under the freedom of information act any court document or transcript can be seen.
Are you suggesting his own lawyer’s should have kept this from the courts when asked directly? Because if you are, it would have been a lot easier for everyone, as he would have been back home by now as he would have lost his judicial hearing
When you are travelling now, you check your documents and you check them again. When you are entering Australia you make sure your documents are 100% correct, if you need advice you just ask. He is lying, lying, and lying more.
I loved him before all this happened and then I hated him because of what happened but do you know what, at the end of the day we have all done something we shouldn’t have because of covid and I’m sick of the whole pointing fingers at who what and where. He made a mistake to play a sport he loves but should we really be all going gun hoe to try and destroy him and get him kicked out of Australia. Do you see one of those two as a public figure who has influence over others or both? Aaaaand in conclusion, because he couldn’t get over himself, victim of his own arrogance and vanity (in my own personal opinion), he has just dug a hole for himself and will most likely be served deportation papers.
According to the various sources, there is yet another loophole which can be exploited, which is that his legal team can file a complaint on the decision, which some feel would take 18ish days, just enough for him to complete the AO tournament, and then leave at his own volition.

@Dragutin Cvetković: again, you keep ignoring what I say about the separation of powers within the Australian constitution. There are three seperate powers which have no jurisdiction over each other as they are independent from each other. These are Judicial, Legislative and Executive powers.
If his “Lawyers” found a loophole as you said, then they have already gone through the “Judicial” path and won the right for him to stay.
The immigration minister Alex Hawke can use the “Executive” power to decline and cancel his visa simply by making the decision to do it, and there is nothing legally (under the “Judicial” process) that anyone can do about it. Not his lawyers, not his entourage, not his fans. As explained before, immigration ministers did this to Mike Tyson back in the day.
Puff Daddy (P Diddy) also had their visas cancelled by the immigration minister and only last year so did Z list star Katie Hopkins, and that was a few days after she was in the country and she was still in hotel isolation, not out in the public. She had her visa ripped up because of a tweet she made about her anti vax stance. So considering Novax has done far worse than a tweet. He admitted that he not only lied on a legal immigration document by not only not filling it out himself, but saying he didn’t travel within 14 days of arrival. Then admitted he knew he was positive and still met a photographer, this I’m sure giving himself a glowing character reference to the Australian government. Exactly what “legal loophole” are you hanging on to? Clutching at straws more like it
