Price Comparison: What can I buy in Co Kildare for under €500,000?

This week, we’re in Kildare town, Naas and Monasterevin.

Each week, we pick four homes within a similar budget in one location, to give you a better idea of the property landscape at a set price point.

This week, we’re heading to Co Kildare and looking at properties on the market for  €500,000 or under. 

Four-bed, detached, Kildare – €425,000

18 Rathbride Close is a well maintained home in Kildare town that spans 158 m².The back garden faces south, so the home is bright.
