CHRISTMAS IS WELL and truly on the way, with the streets lit up, festive ads all over the telly and even a few plates of ‘ah, go on so’ mince pies already making an appearance.
For the third year running, TheJournal.ie is teaming up with Sunway Holidays, The Real Package Holiday Company, to give something back to our readers, just in time for Christmas. We’ll send one lucky family of four off to Lapland to ring in December with Santa and his reindeer.
The winner gets a two-night family trip for two adults and two children to Lapland, all thanks to Sunway Holidays, with flights, accommodation, food and plenty of festive activities included.
What’s in the prize?
On 1 December, your family will jet off to the Arctic Circle with Sunway. During your trip you’ll hang out with reindeer and huskies, take a snowmobile safari trip, visit Elf School, check out Santa’s Command Centre, meet the elves and, of course… have some face time with the man himself, Santa Claus.
Find more information about the trip on sunway.ie/Lapland.
How can I win?
Here’s what you have to do. Email competitions@thejournal.ie by 11.59pm on Sunday night (26 November) and tell us about the best Christmas gift you’ve ever received – and what made it special. It could have been when you were a kid, or it could have been just last year.
Keep it to a few sentences (250 words max) and include your full name, county and contact number. We’ll be notifying the winner by phone on Monday 27 November and you must be free to travel on 1 December.
Best of luck!
