Man dies following car crash in Co Cork

Gardaí have said it is not believed the man died as a result of the collision.

A MAN WAS pronounced dead following a single-vehicle collision in Co Cork this morning.

Gardaí attended the scene of the crash at about 6.20am at Cashelbeg, Bandon.

The man, aged in his early 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Gardaí have said it is not believed the man died as a result of the collision, adding: “A post-mortem will determine the exact cause of death.”
