Gardaí appeal for help in locating two teenage girls missing from Bere Island

Feya McCarthy (13) and Lena McCarthy (15) have been missing since Tuesday.

GARDAÍ ARE SEEKING the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of two teenage girls missing from Bere Island, an island off the Beara Peninsula in Co Cork.  

Feya McCarthy (13) and Lena McCarthy (15) have been missing since Tuesday, 24 February.

Feya is described as being 5ft 4in in height, with a slim build, blonde hair and blue eyes. She also has her nose pierced.

Lena is described as being 5ft 3in in height, with a slim build, black hair and green eyes. Lena has her ears and nose pierced.

Gardaí and the family of the two girls are concerned for their wellbeing.

Anyone with any information on Feya and Lena’s whereabouts is asked to contact either Castletownbere Garda Station on 027 70002, Bantry Garda Station on 027 20860, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
