This week, we’re looking at brand new properties around the country with an asking price of in and around €500,000. Here are a selection of properties that fit the bill…
Carrickmines, Dublin 18: €530,000 to €695,000
A new development of 37 houses and apartments, just a few houses remain at Rockville. Among those on the market are three-bed semi-detached houses, priced from €530,000 and four-bed end-of-terrace properties, priced from €585,000.
