Three women arrested after XL Bully dogs, cash and scramblers seized from Dublin residence

The property was searched as part of ongoing investigations into the activities of an organised crime group.

THREE WOMEN HAVE been arrested following a search of a residence in west Dublin.

Gardaí conducted the search of the property in Corduff, Dublin 15 as part of ongoing investigations into the activities of an organised crime group.

During the course of the search, a “significant” sum of cash was seized, along with multiple mobile phones and three high-powered scrambler motorcycles.

Several XL Bully dogs were also removed from the residence.

The three women are currently being held at separate garda stations in Dublin.

Two of the women, aged in their 20s and 30s, are detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007.

The third woman, aged in her 50s, is detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.

“The operation was led by gardaí from the Drugs Unit, Crime Task Force and Detectives, Serious Crime North, DMR with support from the Emergency Response Unit and other local units,” a garda spokesperson said. 

The spokesperson said that investigations into the matter are ongoing.
