Price Comparison: What can I buy in Co Tipperary for under €650,000?

From a three-bed in Cahir to a four-bed in Ballypatrick.

GETTING YOUR HEAD around the changing property market can be difficult, so that’s why we’re here to make things a little easier.

Each week, we cherry pick a number of homes within a similar budget, to give you the best idea of the property landscape at a particular price point.

This week, we’re looking at properties in Co Tipperary, which will leave you change from €650,000.

Six-bed, detached, Ballypatrick – €450,000

4 Sunnyside’s quiet cul-de-sac location makes it a safe option for a young family with kids.
