Does warm weather affect your sleep?

With high temperatures expected this weekend, Met Éireann has warned that our sleep may be disrupted.

IT’S SET TO be a hot weekend ahead, with Saturday expected to reach highs of up to 29 degrees.

However, with warm weather often comes the risk of sleepless nights filled with tossing, turning, blanket throwing and general discomfort. The joys of it all.

Met Éireann has warned that “an uncomfortable night for sleeping” may be coming our way, with higher temperatures expected to make it difficult to stay cool and comfortable overnight.
