Status Yellow rain warning to come into force for eight counties tomorrow

Spells of heavy rain and localised flooding are possible impacts.

A RAIN WARNING for eight counties will be in place tomorrow.

Two separate Status Yellow warnings are in place, the first of which will impact counties Cork and Kerry.

From midnight until 2pm tomorrow, this warning will be in place across Cork and Kerry. 

Elsewhere, from 2am overnight until 5pm tomorrow evening, a Status Yellow warning will be in place across Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and Wicklow.

Met Éireann is forecasting spells of heavy rain which could lead to localised flooding, difficult travelling conditions and poor visibility.
