THE DEPARTMENT OF Foreign Affairs has confirmed it is providing consular assistance to the family of a 39-year-old Irishman who has lost his life in a road crash in the United States. Francis Kenny, from Murroe in Co Limerick, was involved in a fatal collision in Arizona on Tuesday.
