TWO MEN HAVE been arrested at Heathrow Airport in London on suspicion of terrorism offences.

The men – both aged 21 and from Leicester and Birmingham – were detained just after 10am today, having landed on a flight from Turkey.

They are being transported back to the West Midlands for questioning on suspicion of preparing for terrorist acts. The pair have been detained under Police and Criminal Evidence Act legislation.
