Man arrested in connection with Dublin gym shooting

A 32-year-old man was shot numerous times in the incident at the Ballyboggan Industrial Estate, Cabra on Wednesday.

A 46-YEAR-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a gym in Dublin this week.

A 32-year-old man was shot numerous times in the incident at the Ballyboggan Industrial Estate, Cabra at around 10.40 am on Wednesday, 15 May.

A man was arrested today in Dublin and is being detained at Finglas Garda Station under the provisions of section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 as amended.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the shooting or who may have seen a silver coloured Mini with a northern registration plate, leave the scene in the direction of Finglas, to contact them at Cabra Garda Station 01 666 7400, the Garda Confidential Line 1800-666-111 or any Garda Station.
