Customs Seize €120,000 of cannabis in Drumcondra

Two South African males in their mid-forties were arrested and are being detained at Ballymun Garda Station.

CUSTOMERS OFFICERS HAVE seized cannabis with an estimated street value of €120,000 in Drumcondra, Dublin.

A joint intelligence-led operation between Officers from Revenue’s Customs Service and Gardaí from the Ballymun Drugs Unit, saw 10 kilos of herbal cannabis seized from a residential premises in Drumcondra.

The drugs had earlier arrived into Dublin Airport in a consignment from South Africa.

Two South African males in their mid-forties were arrested and are being detained at Ballymun Garda Station.
