Heading to Bray for Katie Taylor’s fight?

Shuttle buses will operate from the Boghall Road and Bray Dart Station to Shoreline Leisure Centre for this evening’s fight.

GARDAÍ ARE ADVISING motorists heading to Bray, Co Wicklow to watch Katie Taylor’s Olympic final in her hometown this evening to park at a disused premises on the Boghall Road.

A shuttle bus is being operated from the Boghall Road to the Shoreline Leisure Centre, where the fight is being shown on large screens. Taylor faces Russia’s Sofya Ochigava in the final at 4.45pm today.

Parking will also be available at Killian’s School on Boghall Rd, from which there is pedestrian access to the event.

A shuttle bus will operate from the Bray Dart Station to the Shoreline centre, according to Irish Rail.

Gardaí are also advising people to travel early and abide by garda and steward instructions at the event. People are also being asked to respect that the leisure centre is located in a residential area and that alcohol has been prohibited both at the event and its environs.
