One of the most genuine human beings I ever met. Had the great privilege of working on the film versions of two of her books. May she rest in peace.

I loved Tara road and was hooked to her work after it, I used to get the audio books read by her cousin Kate Binchy, hours of listening when I’d e doing the long driving home to visit the family for weekends, RIP

Very sorry to hear of her passing. Wasn’t a fan of her books but she had a very warm, sociable personality. Remember her being interviewed on the Late Late years back and she came across as a very humble and down to earth person. Huge loss for the literary world. RIP.
