Man arrested after attacking garda and hijacking jeep
A man has been arrested at Cork Airport after attacking a garda, hijacking a vehicle and going on a dangerous rampage.
A MAN IS in garda custody after attacking a garda and hijacking a vehicle before going on a dangerous rampage through Cork city.
RTÉ reports that the man stabbed the garda before stealing a jeep and breaking into Cork Airport. The man then drove through the airport and rammed several vehicles before coming to a stop near to a parked plane.
