A new survey has shown that almost half of Irish people don’t think they get enough kip. How about you?

A NEW SURVEY of almost 1,400 Irish people has suggested that almost half of Irish people don’t think they get enough sleep.

The poll, commissioned by Harvey Norman, says 46 per cent of us don’t get enough shut-eye at night, leaving us feeling cranky and irritable and at less than 100 per cent the following day.

A lack of sleep has been attributed to a myriad complaints, including heart disease, stroke, depression, forgetfulness, weight gain and loss of libido.

So – quite simply, today we’re asking you: do you think you get enough sleep?

Poll Results:
