Watch: BBC presenter grabs a stack of paper instead of iPad on live TV

It’s an easy mistake to make… isn’t it?

WHILE NOT ALL of us are very tech-savvy, we can usually tell the difference between a stack of paper and an expensive tablet computer.

However, Simon McCoy was caught up in the “rush of live news” as a BBC spokesperson put it, and accidentally grabbed a ream of printing paper instead of his iPad.

If he did notice while on-air, he hides it very well. The BBC said “he simply went with it”.

The moment was very à la Anchorman, even more so when you see what McCoy tweeted just two hours before hand.
