THERE WERE A few early risers this morning out to catch a few breathtaking shots of this year’s summer solstice.

One of our readers, John Davis, was up on top of Killiney Hill in Dalkey at 5am this morning where he managed to capture this great sunrise shot.

Stonehenge in Wiltshire is a popular place for people to gather and this morning was no exception. Crowds gathered at dawn to see the sun rise, many dressed in pagan costume.
