THREE MEN HAVE been arrested following the seizure of cocaine with an estimated street value of €1.5 million along with heroin estimated to be worth €500,000 from an apartment complex in Navan, Co Meath.

Some 22kg of cocaine was discovered in an underground car park of the complex last night. A follow-up search uncovered a further 1kg of heroin, RTÉ reports.

As well as drugs, £50,000 (€58,000) was seized from the location by the national drugs squad, revenue officers and drugs units from Meath and Kildare.
