Two men in their 20s were killed after their car hit a ditch near Glenflesk in Co Kerry.
A man in his 40s died in a house fire in Carnmalin, Malin Head, in Co Donegal.
Gardaí appealed for help in locating James Stowe, who was last seen at the Mater Hospital in Dublin on Thursday.
TDs and Senators revealed whether or not they would be paying their water charges.
Dublin Fire Brigade said they answered more than 600 calls on Halloween night, but none of their staff were assaulted this year.
One Senator said fines should be doubled for anyone who litters on Halloween night.
