SEA SWIMMERS CAN rest assured, as water quality at the majority of Ireland’s bathing sites has been deemed an acceptable or high standard by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
The new report found that 97% of sites, or 143 of 148, meet or exceed the minimum standard for cleanliness.
Whether you’re a regular sea swimmer or not, this Sunday may be your chance to go for a dip as temperatures are set to reach 21 degrees in parts of the country.
