Are pyjamas acceptable on a flight?

Sean Duffy suggested opting for ‘jeans and a decent shirt’ rather than loungewear.

US TRANSPORTATION SECRETARY Sean Duffy has urged holiday travellers to “dress with respect”.

During the busy Thanksgiving and Christmas travel period, Duffy encouraged passengers to “say please and thank you” to flight attendants and suggested that simple choices, like jeans and a shirt, can “encourage us to behave a little better”.

“Let’s try and not wear slippers and pyjamas as we come to the airport,” he added.

So, tell us what you think: Are pyjamas acceptable on a flight?
