1. The weather is not going to improve any time soon, according to Met Éireann. 

Operational forecaster Liz Walsh told The Journal that while the heavy type of rain that has fallen in Dublin and the east of the country might transfer to the west and northwest, “I’m not seeing any big fine spell happening any time soon”.

2. The Data Protection Commission has opened a formal inquiry into social media platform X over the creation and sharing of sexualised and non-consensual images through its AI chatbot Grok.
