GETTING INTO THE property market can be a daunting experience. Here we try and make it a bit easier – and bring you four of the best properties on the market around the country this week.
Under €250,000
East Wall, Dublin – €220,000
This house presents a great opportunity for first-time buyers to get into the Dublin property market. This three-bedroom is situated in the East Wall area of Dublin 3. Walking, it is around 20 minutes from O’Connell Street and around 10 minutes from Connolly Station.
