WHERE DO YOU get your political news?

Researchers at the School of Applied Psychology in University College Cork are trying to answer that question for Ireland. 

They are interested in how and where people in Ireland consume news and how that, in turn, may affect their political opinions.

The team in Cork are looking for as many people to participate as possible, inviting readers of The Journal to take part in a quick online survey to share their views.

The study will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. It includes viewing some short news stories and answering questions about where you might have seen them before and how they affected your views.

This study is being conducted by the People & Technology Lab at the School of Applied Psychology in University College Cork, led by Dr Gillian Murphy and funded by Lero, the Science Foundation Ireland Research Centre for Software.
