Three men and a woman were arrested after Gardaí from Dublin held searches in Courtown and Wexford Town.

GARDAÍ IN DUBLIN investigating a string of burglaries in the south of the region have arrested four people.

The three men and one woman were arrested after a series of planned searches in Courtown and Wexford Town.

The arrests came after Gardaí based in Blackrock, Dún Laoghaire and local stations uncovered suspected stolen items including jewellery and watches.

They also recovered ‘house breaking implements’, locksmiths tools, car key grabbers, and some foreign currency.

The male suspects are aged between their 20s and 50s, while the female is aged in her 30s.

The four are being detained at Wexford, Enniscorthy and Gorey Garda Stations.
