IT’S DIFFICULT to believe, but the figures bear it out: although New York is the most expensive property market in the USA, it’s only the 17th dearest property market in the world.
Nonetheless, the fact that it’s the most expensive spot in the world’s biggest economic power means that there must be some luxury to be seen – and sure enough, there is.
Business Insider complied a list of the most expensive apartments for sale on the market right now. The hottest spots include the Time Warner Center and penthouses on the Upper East Side.
