What can I get in Ireland for... €200,000 or less?

STAYING WITHIN BUDGET while house-hunting can take a bit of digging, which can be why many buyers end up spending more than planned. Whether it’s on the house itself, the extra rent while waiting, or on the renovations afterward, spending more is often hard to avoid.
