4 of a kind: Homes about to go under the hammer

Buying a house under auction has many advantages.

IF YOU’RE LOOKING for a bit of a project, a home with character or simply want to speed up the property buying process, looking at homes up for auction could be a great move.

An auction can also be a stress-free way to secure a new home quickly and possibly at a lower price. If you win the bid, you’ve got the house. There’s also no chance of gazumping after you’re sale agreed.
