FINDING A HOME that not only fits into your budget but also includes at least some of the features on your wishlist can be tricky business in Ireland’s competitive market.
That’s why, each week, we curate a list of four homes within a set price range, to give you a more rounded sense of what’s out there. This week, we’re looking at houses around the country that are on the market for a very attractive price tag indeed: €275,000.
A new development in Balbriggan, Taylor Hill features a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, so will suit anyone from a first-time buyer to a large family hoping to scale up. There’s a budget-friendly price tag too, with houses available from €245,000, and moving up to €360,000 for the highest-end four-bed. Right now €275,000 will get you the three-bed terraced style. And the best part? You’ll be living just ten minutes from the beach.
Balbriggan is one of Dublin’s largest commuter towns, and its population has exploded in the last few decades. Taylor Hill is ten minutes from the beach, and close to a wealth of amenities including schools, shops, restaurants and a large shopping centre. Travel time to the city centre is about 40 minutes by car, and the airport is 20 minutes away.
