Take a look around this five-star B&B on its own big estate
It’s a very big house in the country.
NOW THIS IS a Georgian country estate that stands out from the pack.
Rathvinden House is on the market for €1.95m, and whoever becomes the new owner of this abode will also get 14 acres of parkland and grazing paddock to boot.
The house dates back to 1810, and is currently a five-star Fáilte Ireland-rated bed and breakfast. Perfect for if you’d get a little lonely rambling around a huge house on your own.
It’s the sister house to Mount Juliet, and was once run as a base for hunting horses by Major McCalmond.
