Gardaí seek help to identify man's body found in Dublin city centre

The body was found on Spencer Bridge in Dublin and was removed from the scene yesterday.

GARDAÍ HAVE ISSUED an appeal after an unidentified man’s body was found on Spencer Bridge by gardaí in Dublin city centre yesterday.

The body was removed from the scene and taken to the mortuary in Whitehall for a postmortem examination. The coroner has been notified of the death.

Gardaí are asking anyone who has recently been in the Spencer Dock and Guild Street area of the city to get in contact with investigators at Store Street Garda Station.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the station on 01 666 8000, the Garda Confidential line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
