Gardaí ask public for help to find man who disappeared in Drogheda last December

Anthony Hanlon was last seen in Drogheda in December 2024.

GARDAÍ ARE ASKING the public for help to find a man who went missing a few weeks before last Christmas on the one-year anniversary of his disappearance.

Anthony Hanlon was last seen in Drogheda exactly one year ago on 3 December 2024.

Gardaí have said they know that he attended an appointment in Drogheda on that day, but he has not been seen since. 

Anthony was 39 years old when he was reported missing and would be 40 now. 

He is described as being 5 foot 5 inches in height and of slim build. He has balding, auburn hair and blue eyes.

When he went missing, it is believed he may have been wearing a grey beanie hat, black tracksuit bottoms, black runners and a tartan wool lumberjack shirt.

Gardaí have said they are concerned for his well-being.

Gardaí are appealing to the public to come forward with any information about Anthony’s whereabouts or who may have spoken to hi directly in the early days of December 2024 to come forward.
