Gardaí also conducted 500 checkpoints in and around Dublin last weekend as part of Operation Fanacht.
Gardaí said that to date, the vast majority of licences premises have been complying with regulations.
The total number of breaches in pubs now stands at 185.
Gardaí said there has been “widespread compliance by licenced premises” to regulations.
Files in relation to these cases have been sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
A total of 59 licenced premises have been caught allegedly breaching regulations since 3 July.
Gardaí carried out thousands of checks over the weekend.
Deputy commissioner John Twomey said the “vast majority” of licenced premises were found to be adhering to the rules last weekend.
Gardaí say a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in each of these cases.
An Garda Síochána is conducting nationwide checks of licenced premises to ensure they’re following the guidelines.
