Pedestrian airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after three-vehicle crash in Tipperary

There were no other injuries reported.

A WOMAN WAS airlifted to hospital following a three-vehicle collision in Latteragh, Nenagh, Co Tipperary yesterday.

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to the crash, which occurred between 7:45am and 8am, to come forward. 

Gardaí and emergency services were alerted to the incident at approximately 8am a spokesperson said.

A female pedestrian (50s) was brought by air ambulance to University Hospital Galway to be treated for serious injuries, the Garda spokesperson said.

There were no other injuries reported.
