Price Comparison: What can I buy in Kildare for under €500,000?

Each offers a great blend of town and country living.

ARE YOU ON the hunt for the perfect home but hoping to get as much bang for your buck as possible? You’re not alone. 

Each week, we pick four homes within a similar budget in one location, to give you a better idea of the property landscape at a set price point.

This week, we’re heading to Co Kildare and looking at properties on the market for  €500,000 or under. 

Four-bed, detached, Newbridge – €400,000

5 Moore Avenue is a family home in a quiet and mature development. Upon entering, you’re greeted by a bright hall with new wooden flooring. To the left is a spacious sitting room with a feature fireplace and a bay window that fills the room with light. On the right, you’ll find an ideal office space. The kitchen is both bright and roomy, fully equipped with storage and worktop space and Patio doors lead to the garden. A utility room is just off the kitchen.
