IF YOU’RE LOOKING to move fast with your house hunt, it might be a good idea to view properties that have the option for you to put an offer in online.
This week we’re looking at four homes around the country which you can bid for in a few clicks, directly from the listing – from a three-bed in Dublin 15 to a four-bed family home in Co Cork.
If you’re looking for a project to undertake, this detached bungalow might just tickle your fancy. Measuring 1,786 sq ft, the property is currently used as a creche, but could be changed back to a three-bed residential home, subject to the relevant planning permission. It benefits from a sizeable south-facing rear garden, as well as from being less than a 10-minute drive from the heart of Cork city.
Situated in a quiet cul de sac, 50 Woodvale Avenue is an appealing family home. The accommodation includes three bedrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a playroom/home office and a family bathroom which was upgraded in recent years. The interior could benefit from some modern updates throughout, but provides its new owners an opportunity to add their own touch. Outside, there’s off-street parking to the front, while there’s a lawn and patio in the rear garden.
Extending to 1,720 sq ft over three floors, 77 Leslie’s Arch has plenty of appeal. The four-bed end-of-terrace house comes to the market in very good condition, with features including timber flooring, a south-facing aspect, spacious living accommodation and a rear garden with a lawn. Ballincollig town is a five-minute walk away.
Located right across from Mountjoy Square Park, this two-bed apartment is an ideal city centre pad. Measuring 710 sq ft, the apartment is situated on the first floor and features a small balcony. The accommodation could benefit from a touch of care and attention, and briefly comprises a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. O’Connell St is a 10-minute walk away.
