Four-bed, semi-detached, Newbridge – €395,000

43 Wellesley Manor is a spacious family home that is part of a development that was built in the early 2000s and looks out on to a green area. With plenty of parking to the front and a large back garden, it makes for a safe family home that has double glazed windows to keep the heat in. Along with four bedrooms, the space comprises a downstairs toilet, sitting room, kitchen and dining space and a utility room.

Wellesley Manor is just a stroll from Newbridge town and its many amenities that support everyday family life.  For those who need to commute to Dublin city, Kildare is a popular place to lay down one’s roots. You can drive, train or bus to work and make it to the city within an hour.

Four-bed, semi-detached, Kildare town – €350,000

At 116 m², 1 The View may seem small for a four bed but the clever layout inside ensures spacious and airy rooms with great flow. This semi-detached home has been recently renovated to include new flooring, carpets, built-in wardrobes and a modern kitchen. It enjoys a cosy B3 BER with rooms comprising a sitting room, downstairs WC, and a useful utility that accesses the garden through French doors. Three double and a single bedroom sit upstairs along with the family bathroom and stira to the attic.

The garden had a refurb a year ago, so the patio is in great nick and the space is very low maintenance for those without green fingers. Commuter distance to Dublin, Newbridge has its own family-friendly community and lots of amenities from schools and shops to bars and restaurants.

Four-bed, detached, Prosperous – €395,000

The Old School House in the town of Prosperous, has a floor space of 115 m² and is, you guessed it, an old school building. It has been extended and renovated to suit family living and dates back to 1899. Sitting on a mature site, it even has a handy garage for more storage and conversion potential. The rooms inside are bright and airy and include a hallway that leads to the lounge, kitchen and dining room with two bedrooms downstairs and another two on the next level.

The grounds surrounding the house include a tarmac driveway and lots of mature trees and shrubs. There’s also parking to the back of the house. Schools, churches and transport links in the village are all easily accessed from this unique family home.

Four-bed, bungalow, Newbridge – €425,000

Carlee Cottage is a 145 m² semi-detached bungalow that’s just a short walk from Newbridge town centre. This is an energy efficient and cosy home with windows that are double and even triple glazed in some cases. The house has two solid fuel stoves and a pretty oak kitchen along with a living room, sitting room and a sunroom extension and utility room. Three of the four bedrooms sit at the back of the house while the fourth is in the converted attic.

Sitting on a third of an acre, a tarmac drive winds to the back of the house and there are lawns on each side. There’s also a paved patio area and three barna sheds, plenty of planting and a dog run which should be handy for any new homeowner with pets.
