Clayton Hotel on Cardiff Lane in Dublin city centre has put 24 suites on the market for a total price of €8 million. The hotel was built in 2005 and expanded in 2008 and is in the Docklands area close to the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre and the Convention Centre.

An Irish investor will buy The River Portfolio of central Dublin properties for €21.5 million according to a report by the Irish Independent. There are 29 properties in the Tetrarch Capital portfolio including a Lidl supermarket on Cork Street and 17 retail units on Liffey Street and Bachelors Walk.
