WE’VE BEEN ON a bit of a healthy eating binge in recent times. In our quest to become more healthy and eat better, we talked about organic and permaculture food production here, and gave ideas for healthy snacks here, as well as some clean recipes to drool over right here.
But that’s not enough for us, oh know. So we rounded up our final selection of the best healthy eating tips making the rounds out there.
Probably the best idea is to prepare your meals in advance. This means that you cook for 3-5 days in advance and have lots of healthy, fresh food ready for you when you’re feeling peckish – and trying to avoid the siren call of pizza.
You don’t have to go extreme with this – but knowing what you’ll be eating for the week and having the ingredients to hand, if not somewhat ready, is a great way to keep your healthy eating on track.
