VIDEO: Ireland's Black Knights dive onto Bray beach

Nice landing.

A LESSON IN cool, calm and collected, Ireland’s elite Defence Forces parachute team uploaded this footage of a recent sky dive at Bray in Wicklow yesterday.

The helicopter was at 4,000 feet when the Black Knights jumped out of the craft to land smoothly on the beach below just two minutes later.

We are in awe (and a bit dizzy).
