All you’ll have to do is unpack.

BUYING A SECOND-HAND home in turnkey condition has several advantages. First of all, new owners don’t have to busy themselves with decisions around flooring, storage and tiles, for example. These homes are move-in ready so you’ll save the time, effort and costs associated with renovating.
