Beaumont Hospital gets an art walk exhibition

All the art works are available to buy.

AN ART WALK exhibition has been launched at Beaumont Hospital.

It features work from over twenty contemporary Irish artists and it’s all available to buy.

A percentage of the money raised will go to the Beaumont Hospital Foundation and The Friends of St Luke’s Cancer Care.

The art is located in the link corridor between St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Centre and Beaumont Hospital.

Minister Deenihan launched the exhibition during the week, he said;

“This gallery brings art, which can often seem out of reach and isolated from our everyday lives, into the lives of the patients, visitors and employees of both St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Centre and Beaumont Hospital.

During difficult times in our lives, the importance of art and culture and the comfort they can provide can often be forgotten.

“The beauty of this project is that it brings art into people’s lives, while also contributing to fundraising.

“I would like to take this opportunity to commend those involved in coordinating this exhibition and bringing this project to fruition”.
