EYEBROWS WERE RAISED last night when Renua leader Lucinda Creighton called for the election campaign to be suspended.
Creighton wanted government ministers to reconvene and meet to discuss the two gangland killings in Dublin over the last week.
Creighton urged the Cabinet to meet to “design a comprehensive response to this national emergency”.
Would that be the right move? Would it be an over-reaction?
We’re asking: Should the election campaign be suspended to deal with gangland crime?
