A 69-YEAR-OLD man has become the fourth person to be killed on Irish roads this weekend.

The man died following a fatal road crash in Ballycullane in Wexford.

The man, who was the sole occupant of the care, died after he veered off the road and landed over a ditch.

His body has been removed to Waterford Regional Hospital.

The road has now been reopened and Gardaí have asked for any witnesses to contact them on 051 426 030.

  • Would you f##k right off with your foreign drivers. The Irish are the worst drivers in europe. The rsa & government road.safety plans are a sham. The most regulated drivers on the road (truck drivers) are the only one’s the rsa seem to be pestering. I never see the rsa stopping cars were the least experience drivers are more common.

  • R.I.P Sympathy to all their Family’s and friends..
People immigrating to Ireland from foreign lands should be made to learn to drive on our roads safely..
Must speak full English , to be able to read & understand rules of the roads. Not saying it’s all down to them, there are many problems with a lot of our own drivers… I see drivers Today & I wonder how they ever managed to earn their licence…
