Woman (50s) dies in house fire in Clare

She is understood to have been alone in the house at the time.

A WOMAN IN her fifties has died in a fire in Co Clare.

The blaze was reported to emergency services just after 7pm last night at a house near Derrynavaha, Craggagh, Ballyvaughan.

Gardaí at Ennistymon say the woman was alone in the house at the time.

The blaze is not being treated as suspicious.
