Poll: How will you vote in the Court of Appeal referendum?

Do you want the new court to be established or for our courts system to remain the same?

A REFERENDUM ON whether a new court, the Court of Appeal, should be established will take place this Friday.

You can read the arguments for and against the setting up of the Court of Appeal here.

With just two days to go until voters head to the polls we want to know what side of the debate you are on. It is worth noting that if you vote yes, you are in favour setting up the new court and if you vote no, the courts system will remain the same.

Today’s poll therefore is: How will you be voting in the Court of Appeal referendum?

Poll Results:

No (2425)
Yes (1717)
I don't know (1160)
I can't/won't be voting (621)
